Very "Berries & Cream" feeling bar here, so white chocolate sweet but some balance happens with the natural tartness of ORGANIC raspberries... YAYYY for 100mg Bars (with 10, 10mg servings)! We're using a delightful white chocolate with NON GMO, ETHICALLY and SUSTAINABLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS which is so important with chocolate (do ya homework, it's the right thing to do!), as well as NO SOY lecithin (Sunflower lecithin is such a better alternative) and ORGANIC Freeze Dried Raspberries (it's not the cheapest nor the easiest way to incorporate raspberry flavor but we believe it's one of the best ways!).
