We're using a delightful semisweet chocolate (great halfway between milk and dark!) with ethically AND sustainably sourced ingredients which is SO important with chocolate (do ya homework, it's the right thing to do!), as well as no soy lecithin (Non Gmo Sunflower lecithin is such a better alternative).
